Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
